Returns

At Mansi Jewels Collection, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

We do not offer returns or exchanges.

Returns are accepted only in the rare case of a damaged product received at delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be provided, showing:
  • The sealed package
  • The opening process
  • Visible damage to the product
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for refund.

Once verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

6-Month Limited Warranty

Select pieces are covered under a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What is covered:

• Natural color fading under normal usage conditions

What is not covered:

• Water exposure
• Perfumes or chemical contact
• Physical damage or impact
• Improper handling or storage

This warranty is limited strictly to natural color fading and does not extend to misuse or external damage.
